The 2020 Eagle Rare 17 year old Bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Antique Collection was distilled in Spring 2002 and released in Fall 2020. This beautifully crafted bourbon is composed of a mash bill containing proprietary Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and N. Dakota Distillers sourced malted barley. A double-distilled masterpiece, the 2020 Eagle Rare 17 Year is aged for 18 years and 3 months in new American white oak barrels with #4 55-second char. Richly finished and balanced – savor aromatic notes of cherries dipped in vanilla cream, spice, and oak, complimenting a palate of caramel, dark coffee, and freshly crushed herbs.
