Orders, pricing, and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and availability may change. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected unlawful resale or sale to minors.
Shipping, pickup, and delivery
We ship to Illinois addresses only, and offer local delivery and in-store pickup in the Bloomington area. However you receive your order, an adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID must sign for and accept any order containing alcohol. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, ship to states where it is not permitted, or serve anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated.
Returns
Returns are limited as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as is” basis, and Illini Liquor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
