This special, single barrel limited edition rye is our original rye whisky, aged with a progressive series of hand toasted, select seasoned, new and used applewood and oak chips inside a used bourbon barrel, transferred to a second used bourbon barrel and then finished for an additional 4 years in a cognac barrel.
