Returns and refunds at a glance
- Do we accept returns? We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only. Because we sell alcohol, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of non-defective products once an order has left the store, as required by Illinois law and for product safety.
- Do we accept exchanges? Yes. We will exchange a defective, damaged, or incorrect item for the same or a comparable product, subject to availability.
- Condition required: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original resalable condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Return window: 7 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
- Window extension: None. The 7-day window is not extended for holidays or promotions.
- Return method: Call (309) 808-3294 or use our contact form first. For local orders, bring an approved return to 2402 E Oakland Ave, Ste 6, Bloomington, IL 61701. For shipped orders, wait for return instructions; do not ship alcohol back without them.
- Restocking fee: None on eligible returns.
- Refund processing time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with your order number or receipt.
- For a damaged item, include a photo and keep the item and its packaging until we resolve it.
- Once approved, we will exchange the item or issue a refund to the original payment method.
- A valid 21+ photo ID is required to return alcohol.
Non-returnable items
- Opened bottles, or any item not in original resalable condition.
- Special orders.
- Non-defective items returned for change of mind.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been prepared for pickup or dispatched for shipping or delivery, for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
